What is The Perfumes10 Club?

The Perfumes10 club is our loyalty and referral program. You can earn points for discounts and upgrade levels to get the most out of The Dossier Club. You can also refer a friend to get discounts. To enjoy the Perfumes10 club it is necessary to create an account. Points are accumulated from launch.

How do I create an account?

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account at Perfumes10 Club.

Important: everyone who purchases earns points and is a member of the loyalty program, however, in order to redeem those points and have advantages you must register on our Perfumes10 Club page.

How do I update my account?

You can update your shipping and billing address at any time by logging in and clicking "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen. You will also be able to access your points balance, order history, etc. You can change your password by clicking Forgot your password?

What are the levels in the Perfumes10 Club?

Our Club Perfumes10 levels offer exclusive advantages and benefits based on the number of points you have earned in the last 12 months. Fraud prevention ensures that all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day of order before upgrading. Everyone starts at the Member level and can move up to become Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The higher your level, the better your benefits.

Bronze: +1000 Points

Silver: +1500 Points

Gold: +2000 Points

How can I earn points?

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy! Once you go to checkout, simply apply your points from the dropdown menu to get money off your order.

Do my points or rewards expire?

Rewards points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. This means that if there are no changes to your account, all Rewards earned in the previous 12 months will be automatically removed from your account.

What is the referral program?

The other program we launched is the referral program: Give €5*, receive €5.

You can refer a friend and get €5* off.

Offer your friends €5* off their first order and get €5* (in points) for every successful referral. *For any order over €35.

How to accumulate points from reviews?

Points are awarded to Verified Buyers – reviewers who have confirmed purchases from our store.

When will I receive my birthday discount?

If you sign up and set your birthday to be more than 30 days away, no problem. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you register and set your birthday to be less than 30 days away, you will be required to adhere to a 30-day waiting period from the date you set your birthday.

Fraud prevention ensures that all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.

Is my gift refundable or exchangeable?

No, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange free products unless your products arrive damaged.

I referred a friend but I didn't receive my reward, why?

Your friend must make their first purchase of €35+ using your referral link to receive their referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!

When will I see my points adjusted after purchasing?

Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. How do I earn points for a review?

Points can be earned for reviews on verified orders. Verified orders are review requests that are emailed to you a couple of weeks after you place your order. From that email you can submit a review about a recent verified order. Reviews written on the website directly cannot be verified by the Rewards system and are not eligible for Rewards points.
